Return Policy

Clothes and Bags
Grinarae will accept, for return or refund, items that are in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damages by customers.

To start, customers MUST email us with a receipt or transaction confirmation email, and which item they would like to return in 7 days from the date they received the package.
Once we receive your email, we open the case for the return process and move on with our following email.

All items must be returned with all tags attached and must be in their original packaging.

Extra fees or shipping fees will be applied for the return process.

Grinarae sales are final. 
We do not accept returns or offer refunds due to Health and Hygiene Laws restrictions.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


I ENTERED THE WRONG SHIPPING ADDRESS, WHAT CAN I DO?

It is very important to add your correct shipping address when you place your order. If you enter the wrong shipping address contact us immediately at info@grinare.com.

We have a 5 to 7-hour window to make a request for the package to be rerouted from the moment you make the purchase; however, we cannot guarantee the change will be doable as it depends on where the package is in the shipping process. We are unable to redirect orders once they have been submitted, so please supply an address where you will be available to receive your order. 

If we are unable to make the change, you will be responsible for receiving the parcel at the address you entered originally. Grinarae takes no responsibility for goods lost due to incorrect shipping details.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS RETURNED TO THE SENDER? 
If for any reason your package is returned to us we will re-shipped to you. However, the reshipping may be at an extra cost depending on the reason it was returned to us.

 

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE WAS STOLEN OR LOST DURING TRANSIT?
Unfortunately, if your package was stolen or lost, there is nothing Grinarae can do. Grinarae does not hold responsibility after the package has been shipped out.
